Purpose
The University of Toronto Civil Engineering Club shall promote student interaction and participation in social and academic activities that aim to strengthen and improve the student community. Furthermore, the Club will represent the interest of the Civil Engineering undergraduate students to the Civil Department, the Engineering Faculty, the University at large, and other influential groups.
Membership
All undergraduate students currently enrolled in the Civil Engineering program at the University of Toronto are considered members of the Club. This includes students who are on their Professional Experience Year (PEY).

Hi everyone! My name is Sean Leung and I am going into 3rd year and will be the Academic Director for this year. This year, I hope to execute all the events I have planned and hopefully get high turnout. I also hope that these events will be able to run smoothly without any problems on my part. A fun fact is that I have been to every metro station in Canada. I look forward to working with everyone!

Heyyy everyone! My name is Dana Bou Saab and I’ll be Civ Club’s Wellness Director for this year. I plan on organizing a bunch of fun events that will help our strengthen our civ community’s bond and will help everyone destress and have a good time. A fun fact about me is that I’ve rewatched my favorite show 10 times. Excited to meet you all and looking forward to this new school year!

Hi everyone! I’m Diya, a second year civ student and this year’s Mentorship Director :)) My goal for the school year is to create a supportive and engaging environment for first year students by connecting them with experienced mentors who can guide them through their transition into UofT’s Civil Engineering program. A fun fact about me is that I’m an air pistol shooter!

Hello! My name is Connie and I’m going to be the webmaster for this upcoming school year. As the webmaster, I will be in charge of updating the website with news related to Civ Club. In the following year, I plan to revamp the website and keep it up to date with all the fun Civ Club-related events that are happening! I’m a big fan of learning different instruments, so a recent hobby has been teaching myself guitar and piano. I look forward to working with everyone!
Negin Soltanghorkhaneh, Common Space Director
Hey everyone! My name is Negin and I’m going into my third year. I’ll be the Civ Club’s Common Space Director this year. My plan is to keep our common room clean and organized, while also adding a bunch of other features to make it an even better space for everyone to enjoy. A fun fact about me is that I saw a meteor shower while I was in Survey Camp.
